As an Equipment Retail Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing operational workflows, coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory standards, and ensuring every aspect of the department runs efficiently and effectively. Requirements 0-2+ years' experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to commute to shipping locations as needed. Must pass an extensive FBI background check Current Virginia Concealed Weapons Permit OR the eligibility to obtain a Virginia Concealed Weapons Permit, including completing all required courses. Ability to lift between 25 and 50 pounds for inventory and shipping needs. Availability to occasionally work weekends to support firearm shows, with company provided vehicle. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a secure, professional, and welcoming environment. Document, ship, and track firearm materials with strict adherence to all legal and regulatory guidelines. Manage and maintain two websites, ensuring online orders are processed promptly and accurately, and fully fulfill online delivery orders. Prepare and organize inventory for shipment, storage, and retail operations. Issue and receive weapons and ammunition to and from authorized personnel. Maintain accurate records of all weapons, ammunition, and related inventory. Conduct regular inspections and inventory updates to ensure accurate documentation. Store firearms securely and maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. Attend and support all ATF inquiries and inspections, ensuring full compliance with federal regulations. Coordinate and manage third-party personnel responsible for the delivery and setup of building containers. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively as needed. Assist with administrative work to include: Generating and managing invoices to support smooth financial operation. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, order and manage office supplies, and maintain well-functioning workspace. Scan, copy, and organize essential documents to support administrative efficiency.
