In this vital role, you will oversee the entire escrow process, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions for our clients. Your expertise will facilitate the secure transfer of property titles, coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in real estate transactions while fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Manage the full escrow process from opening to closing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all steps Review and verify all transaction documents, including purchase agreements, title reports, and loan documents Coordinate with title companies, lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate seamless communication Prepare and review settlement statements, ensuring all financial details are correct and compliant with regulations Conduct thorough title searches and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the escrow process Maintain detailed records of each transaction, including correspondence, documentation, and transaction status updates Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally throughout the process Qualifications Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role within real estate or title services Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, real estate transactions, title processes, and relevant legal requirements Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal teams Proficiency in escrow software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Preferred:
