The Esthetician delivers exceptional, personalized skincare services in a medical aesthetics environment. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional who is passionate about skin health, committed to ongoing education, and able to work across any CAPS location to support the needs of our growing practice.Reports To:
Ancillary Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's skin type, concerns, and goals. Administer professional skincare treatments including chemical peels, masks, scrubs, and other advanced modalities to improve skin health and appearance. Provide facial massage and body treatments to enhance circulation, promote relaxation, and support overall skin wellness. Educate clients on at-home skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle habits that support healthy, youthful-looking skin. Recommend and retail medical-grade skincare products, including cleansers, serums, moisturizers, and SPF - tailored to each client's individual needs. Guide clients on makeup application techniques and post-treatment skincare best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records including treatment notes, product recommendations, and progress documentation. Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and infection control by sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean, safe treatment environment in compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with the clinical team to support a seamless, elevated patient experience across all CAPS locations. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Active Ohio Esthetician license (required). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician; medical aesthetics experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare ingredients, and professional treatment protocols. Experience with medical-grade product lines and retail sales. Exceptional communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple CAPS locations as business needs require.Compensation & Benefits:
