Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our multidisciplinary spa and wellness team. InTouch is a destination spa that has been thriving for over 20 year in a historic building overlooking the Green River. In this role, you will deliver aesthetic treatments, enhance clients' natural beauty, and provide personalized skincare advice. Your care and attention for clients and wellness will help create a welcoming environment where they feel confident and cared for. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, etc to meet individual client needs. Conduct body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, and nail care services to enhance clients' appearance. Utilize salon software such as

MINDBODY

to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage retail sales efficiently. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options to promote ongoing wellness and satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients. Offer retail sales of skincare products and beauty supplies to support clients' at-home routines while achieving sales goals. Stay current with industry trends and advanced esthetic techniques like laser treatments and dermal procedures to provide innovative services. Qualifications Valid state esthetician license with certification in skincare treatments. Proven experience in performing facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and other esthetic services. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin procedures, and other advanced cosmetic techniques is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and retail transactions. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in all treatments performed. Additional skills in nail care, makeup application, barbering, hair threading, or body treatments are a plus. Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
