Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual health conditions. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to maintain long-term wellness. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns with professionalism. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or med spa staff to optimize patient outcomes and treatment plans. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with clients. Ability to follow safety protocols and adhere to occupational health standards. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development within the massage therapy field. $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
