As we continue expanding, we're building a motivated, high-energy field marketing team to help fuel that growth. Job Summary We're hiring Door-to-Door Canvassers to join our sales and marketing team. You'll work in targeted neighborhoods connecting with homeowners, identifying exterior maintenance and remodel opportunities, and scheduling free estimates for: Exterior & interior remodel projects Roofing & remediation services Roofing & any other construction projects This is a fast-paced, high-earning opportunity for people who enjoy being outdoors, talking to homeowners, and learning real-world sales skills that can quickly turn into a career. Compensation Performance-Based Pay Structure $20-$50 per hour (Performance Pay) Average performers earn $3,000-$5,000+ per month Daily & weekly bonus opportunities Upsell commissions on pressure washing, gutter cleaning & roof cleaning services Paid training provided We integrate exterior cleaning services specifically to help you stack more deals per neighborhood and increase your commissions.
