What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo vehicles Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM-level scan tools and factory software Handle repairs involving drivability, suspension, engine systems, electrical systems, brakes, and drivetrain components Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and document repair recommendations clearly Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service procedures Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to keep workflow smooth and customers informed Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional shop standards Solve the problems other shops gave up on without resorting to "let's just clear the codes and see what happens" What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience Strong European vehicle background (dealer or independent experience preferred) Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Experience with Porsche, VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or Volvo OEM certifications preferred Professional shop experience required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical findings clearly Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys continuous learning What's In It for You $35•45/hr hourly pay (not flat rate) Quarterly profit-sharing bonuses $100K+ annual earning potential Medical insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Paid holidays and PTO Paid training and certification support Tool relocation assistance Uniforms provided Biweekly pay schedule No weekends Early Fridays so you can actually enjoy your life Why This Shop Stands Out This isn't a "stack 'em deep and rush 'em out" shop.
