Job Description

Julep Farms is seeking an experienced, polished, hospitality-driven professional to join our team in a unique hybrid role combining Event Coordination and managing our Retail/Coffee Bar at our modern farm resort in the North Georgia mountains. This is a hands-on hospitality role within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates must be comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day and working closely with different departments across the property. This is not a corporate desk role — we are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, team-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the overall guest experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in luxury hospitality, has strong wedding and private event experience, retail experience, and enjoys leading guest-facing operations in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in event coordination required, with retail experience preferred and a willingness to learn retail operations, along with familiarity in restaurant operations Required experience with weddings and private events Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and guest service skills Leadership experience managing front-of-house teams and staff schedules Experience with restaurant reservation systems preferred Ability to step into restaurant leadership support roles during high-volume service periods Must maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization Must be hardworking, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed Weekend and holiday availability required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Wedding + Event Coordination Guide clients through the planning process from inquiry to event execution Coordinate timelines, vendors, logistics, and event flow Oversee weddings, rehearsals, showers, and private events Ensure an elevated and seamless guest experience Work closely with culinary, lodging, and operations teams Guest Experience Leadership Help create an exceptional guest experience throughout the entire property Maintain elevated hospitality standards across retail, restaurant, and event spaces Assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail Help oversee front-of-house flow and communication between departments Front of House Retail + Coffee Bar Management Manage day-to-day operations of the retail shop and coffee bar Oversee front-of-house hosts, retail staff, and baristas Create and manage weekly staff schedules Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards per the owner's guidelines Assist with inventory, ordering, organization, and overall cleanliness Help cultivate a warm, polished, guest-focused environment Restaurant + Reservation Oversight Manage restaurant reservations and guest communication Work closely with restaurant leadership and service staff to ensure smooth operations during events. Assist as a stand-in support role for the Assistant Restaurant Manager during busy service periods Help coordinate guest flow during service and events Maintain elevated hospitality standards throughout the property

Pay:
$58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Do you have experience working in a hospitality, restaurant, or resort environment?
