Event Crew Member

Join the Team Behind One of the Nation's Leading Mobile Espresso Catering Companies Express Kafeh is seeking reliable, energetic, and hands-on Event Crew / Setup Team Members to support our mobile espresso catering operations at trade shows, conventions, corporate events, sporting events, and luxury activations across the country. This is not a warehouse-only role and not a barista position . Our Event Crew is responsible for the setup, breakdown, transportation, and operational support behind high-end coffee experiences at major events. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, travel, teamwork, and building impressive event experiences from the ground up, this role may be a strong fit. Responsibilities Load and unload equipment, espresso stations, carts, inventory, and event materials Set up and break down espresso bars and activation spaces Assist with electrical setup, water systems, equipment positioning, and event logistics Move equipment safely using carts, dollies, pallet jacks, etc. Support warehouse preparation before and after events Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness standards Follow event timelines, venue regulations, and operational procedures Assist barista teams as needed during service periods Requirements Must be able to lift 65+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable standing, walking, pushing carts, and working long event days Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel assignments Valid driver's license a must Warehouse experience is a plus (not required) Trade show, event, hospitality, production, moving, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude Preferred Backgrounds This role is ideal for candidates with experience in: Event production crews Trade show setup teams Hospitality operations Warehouse associates Movers / logistics personnel Catering setup teams Convention center labor Stage / production support Travel Opportunities Express Kafeh operates nationally and supports events throughout major convention destinations nationwide. Pay:

$22.22 - $26.76 per hour Application Question(s): Are you able to regularly lift and move equipment weighing 65+ lbs or more? Have you previously worked in events, hospitality, warehouse operations, moving/logistics, catering, AV, or trade shows? Are you comfortable loading/unloading trucks and performing physical setup work? Do you hold a valid driver's license? Tell us about any experience you have with event setup, trade shows, hospitality, warehouse work, logistics, moving crews, AV, or similar roles. Have you ever assembled displays, booths, equipment, furniture, activation spaces, or event setups? Please explain. This role requires punctuality, professionalism, and representing Express Kafeh at client events.
