Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Event Manager to oversee our event marketing team in our Capital District market. This is a hands-on management role where you'll help coordinate and run trade shows, community events, and retail marketing campaigns while recruiting, training, and developing your team. What You'll Do Train, lead and manage event marketing staff at trade shows and events Prospect new events and develop working vendor relationships Travel throughout the Capital District and surrounding areas for events Assist with booth setup, breakdown, and event execution Schedule appointments with homeowners interested in our products Help create a positive, energetic team environment and represent our brand What We Offer Paid training and advancement opportunities Health, dental, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) Stable, growing company with strong brand recognition Exciting, fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same What We're Looking For Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED) Previous experience in fast-paced customer service, hospitality or events. Strong communication and people skills Comfortable traveling locally and working evenings/weekends Event marketing or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required

FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE A
