Job Description
Events Team Member About Us Golden HQ is a professional marketing firm that partners with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. Our mission is to help charities expand their reach by connecting with community members, inspiring long-term supporters, and driving meaningful social impact. We specialize in face-to-face marketing, outreach, and donor acquisition campaigns — representing nonprofit partners at local events, retail locations, and community sites. Position Overview As an Event Team Member , you'll play an important role in supporting our nonprofit partners' outreach efforts. You will engage directly with community members at events and retail locations, share information about charitable causes, and help build support through structured fundraising programs. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, personable, and interested in developing professional skills in marketing, communication, or sales while contributing to meaningful initiatives. Key Responsibilities Represent nonprofit partners at local events, retail locations, and community sites Engage with the public through face-to-face communication Provide accurate information about partner programs and initiatives Promote awareness and encourage community involvement Work toward individual and team performance goals Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions Collaborate with team members and management to improve outreach strategies Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and coachable attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Ability to work in a team setting Previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience is an asset (not required) Interest in community engagement and nonprofit work Must be able to work in-person What We Offer Weekly base pay (this is not a commission-only position) Performance-based bonuses and incentives Commission opportunities available Paid training and ongoing professional development Advancement opportunities based on performance Supportive, team-oriented work culture Opportunities to represent meaningful nonprofit causes Schedule & Location Full-time positions available

8400 Corporate Dr, Landover, MD 20785 Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours Occasional weekend availability for special events Work conducted at events, retail locations, and community engagement sites in the local area Compensation Weekly base pay Performance bonuses and incentive programs Commission opportunities availableJob Type:
