Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and manage crew performance on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and project integrity. Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance skills. Manage equipment and material logistics for optimal workflow. Assist in resolving on-site issues and implementing solutions promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in earthwork or construction management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Strong knowledge of laser levels and running grade Experience with dozers, excavators, and skid steers Willingness to do manual labor
