Excavation & Landscape Laborer

Duties Assist with excavation work using power tools and machinery such as excavators to prepare sites for landscaping or construction projects Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, edging, and installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access and pathways Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Help with general site cleanup, material handling, and equipment maintenance to keep work areas organized and efficient Qualifications Valid Driver License REQUIRED, (CDL is preferred) Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable Knowledge of landscaping principles, horticulture practices, and hardscape installation techniques Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery (training provided if needed) Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards Prior experience in tree care, irrigation systems, snow plowing or related outdoor maintenance roles is a plus This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in excavation and landscape labor.
