Job Description
Executive Assistant & Operations Support Full-time Job description The Battery Post is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone with experience in administration, customer service, and office operations who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office , confident using modern AI tools , and able to support daily sales activity while helping keep the office organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities Provide executive and administrative support Assist with invoicing, data entry, and record keeping Answer phones and assist customers in a professional manner Support daily sales activities and general office workflow Manage emails, calendars, documents, and internal communication Help organize operational tasks and follow-up items Use Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel Use AI tools to improve efficiency, communication, and organization Assist with customer service and support office staff as needed Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role Strong Microsoft Office skills Comfortable using AI tools and technology in a business setting Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred experience Customer service: 1 year Administrative support: 1 year Work setting In person Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday Why work with us Join a growing and established business Play an important role in daily operations Work in a team-oriented environment where your support makes a direct impact To apply Please submit your resume along with a short introduction about your experience.
