Job Description:

Insight Global's client is hiring a sharp, highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support a Senior Vice President in a fast?paced corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone confident working with senior leadership and handling sensitive information.

Preferred Experience:

3+ years of administrative or executive support experience Strong Microsoft 365 skills Extremely detail?oriented, proactive, and quick on your feet Comfortable working in a fast?paced, corporate environment Retail industry experience is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

What You'll Do:

Provide day?to?day executive support to an SVP Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings Prepare and update presentation decks using Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Support meetings and assist with general administrative needs Handle confidential and time?sensitive matters with professionalism
