  • Corporate Provides general administrative support to the EVP + COO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, processing expenses, handling documents and files, coordinating meetings and events, and managing basic office and technology needs.
Screen and direct allmunications for manager. Respond to questions or correspondence as needed. Perform general administrative duties for Managing SVP-Asset Management & Chief Business Officer. Prepares quarterly Board materials and presentations, gathers information from internal teams, and supports Sr. EA to CEO with research and requests as needed. Handles budget and cost?
management tasks including:
processing invoices and requisitions, coordinating payments, overseeing AP workflows, and managing budgets for the COO and Managing SVP-Asset Management & Chief Business Officer.
Pay Details:
