  • Real Estate Operations Assistant Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Real Estate Operations Assistant to support a top-performing luxury broker.
This is a full-time, hybrid role focused on the operational backbone of the business—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless day-to-day execution across all transactions and administrative functions. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives behind the scenes, excels in data integrity and systems management, and takes pride in creating structure within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The role requires a proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces with precision. Key Responsibilities Operations & Data Management Accurate entry and management of all listing, client, and transaction data across MLS and internal systems Maintain and audit databases to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance Organize and manage digital files, contracts, and documentation with a high level of accuracy Oversee timelines, deadlines, and key milestones across active transactions Manage complex calendars, including scheduling showings, meetings, inspections, and appointments Coordinate logistics across multiple parties to ensure seamless execution Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them Assist with contract-to-close processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and deadlines are met Prepare listing inputs, updates, and revisions with meticulous attention to detail Support the preparation of marketing and listing materials from an operational standpoint Ensure all compliance requirements are met throughout each transaction Act as a central point of coordination to keep projects, timelines, and communication aligned Streamline workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization Support internal systems and processes to enhance overall team productivity Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of active licensed real estate experience required Active Colorado real estate license required Jefferson County or Evergreen resident preferred Strong understanding of real estate contracts, MLS systems, and transaction processes Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of accuracy and attention to detail—particularly in data entry and documentation Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM platforms, MLS, digital file management systems and Monday.com is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor Ability to handle confidential information with discretion A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently Strong operational instincts with a commitment to precision, consistency, and excellence Interested parties please send resume and cover letter to Carey Lewis at carey@therevelsearch.com
