Job Description:

Our client, a large international investment bank in Chicago, IL is looking for an Executive Assistant to support one of the bank's investment teams. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external business meetings, screening incoming phone calls, booking travel arrangements, and handling light accounting work such as filing and reporting expenses. The ideal candidate will come with at least five years' experience as an Assistant for an investment team at a financial services firm, exceptional communication and time management skills, and the ability to manage a rapidly changing schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing an investment team's calendars, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining travel itinerary Screening and directing incoming phone calls Coordinating and managing internal meetings Assisting with expense filing, management, and reimbursement

Requirements:

5+ years' experience as an Assistant for a team of executive professionals, preferably within financial services Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Resourceful, analytical, and critical thinking skills
