Job Description

Join E-Town Marketing and Distributing, a growing organization seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to act as a strategic partner to leadership—supporting operations, financial initiatives, and key business decisions in a fast-paced, confidential environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires strong project coordination, compliance oversight, financial awareness, and proactive problem-solving. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping manage priorities, support key initiatives, and ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines, accuracy, and follow-through Research, analyze, and organize information to support informed business decisions Track permits, licenses, renewals, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance Draft, review, and format executive correspondence, reports, contracts, policies, and procedures Support leadership with financial-related tasks, including exposure to equity structures and tax strategies Coordinate with vendors, agencies, legal professionals, and internal stakeholders Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion Anticipate needs, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field preferred; exceptional, high-level professional experience will be given strong consideration Extensive experience supporting executives in a professional environment (law firm, tax, finance, or similar strongly preferred) Proven exposure to financial concepts such as equity structures, tax strategies, or business structuring Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Advanced organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment Core Competencies Executive communication and professional writing Project and deadline management Compliance tracking and regulatory research Financial awareness (equity and tax-related concepts) Vendor coordination and relationship management Problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Relocation assistance available for candidates outside the Elizabethtown, KY area
