  • Full-time Job Summary Chophouse is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food production, kitchen operations, and menu development, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. Your leadership will inspire creativity, foster teamwork, and uphold our commitment to culinary excellence across all dining venues. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our culinary vision while managing day-to-day kitchen functions with energy and precision. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the entire culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop innovative menus that reflect current food trends while maintaining consistency with brand standards and customer preferences. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure dishes meet high standards of taste and appearance. Manage inventory control and food cost analysis to optimize purchasing, minimize waste, and maximize profitability. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures across all kitchen operations. Coordinate catering events, banquet services, and special functions with precision to deliver seamless service experiences. Implement training programs focused on culinary techniques, safety protocols, and team development to elevate staff performance. Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments and catering services. Expertise in inventory management, budgeting and cost control, and food handling procedures. Proven supervisory experience managing diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced settings. In-depth knowledge of food production processes, menu planning, and food service management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork. Experience in banquet operations, dietary department coordination, and large-scale event catering. Familiarity with food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and restaurant management systems.
