- The Pavilion Behavioral Health System includes a 110 bed inpatient hospital, a residential treatment center for youth and a residential addictions treatment program.

This is a full time or part time position with an opportunity to work on the day, evening, or overnight shift. Our full time and part time positions require employees to work every other weekend and there is a competitive shift differential for the evening, night, and weekend shifts. As a Mental Health Technician, you will: Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors Assist with patient groups and activities Work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs Provide trauma informed and age-specific care Maintain therapeutic boundaries and utilize crisis intervention techniquesBenefit Highlights:

Nursing Students Strongly preferred One (1) or more year(s) of experience preferred- Preferable experience includes: Experience working within an inpatient psychiatric hospital with children, adolescents and/or adults.
