Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to lead and oversee our culinary and hospitality operations. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced, fine dining environments and possesses a comprehensive understanding of food service management, team supervision, and kitchen operations. As an Executive, you will drive excellence in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your expertise will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences and uphold the highest standards of culinary craftsmanship. Duties Lead and supervise all food production, kitchen, and service activities to ensure top-tier quality and efficiency. Oversee menu planning, catering, and banquet arrangements, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations. Manage inventory control and food safety compliance across all departments, including dietary accommodations and special dietary needs. Supervise team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Coordinate with the culinary team on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards for fine dining experiences. Implement food handling protocols to maintain hygiene standards and ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours while maintaining exceptional service levels. Collaborate with the catering and hospitality teams to develop innovative menus that delight guests and meet dietary requirements. Monitor food industry trends to continuously improve offerings and operational practices. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or executive culinary roles within high-end or fine dining establishments. Extensive banquet experience with a focus on large-scale event coordination. Supervising experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments such as kitchens or hospitality settings. Strong background in dietary department operations, including menu planning for special diets. Demonstrated expertise in food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen management. Knowledge of inventory management systems, food safety regulations, and food handling procedures. Experience with catering services, event planning, and shift management in restaurant or hospitality industries.
