This role offers a dynamic mix of office and shop coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Quoting & Estimating:

Perform material take-offs from customer drawings Estimate steel materials and assist with quoting Prepare and support customer quotes

Inventory Management:

Maintain steel, hardware, and paint inventory Monitor and reconcile inventory levels

Production Support:

Create cutting lists from bills of material in Excel Develop work instructions and routing processes Convert DXF/DWG files into CNC programs Process job travelers and customer orders Create purchase orders in JobBoss Review part prints prior to ordering

Purchasing:

Build and maintain vendor relationships Conduct vendor surveys Procure materials, hardware, and paint for jobs

Qualifications:
