We are not looking for a "parts changer." We are looking for someone who can properly diagnose vehicles, communicate clearly, and complete repairs with urgency and consistency. Our company manages a high-volume rental fleet and investment vehicles. Downtime directly affects business operations, investor returns, and customer experience. Because of this, reliability, honesty, and accurate diagnostics are critical. We are looking for someone who can help us build a faster, more dependable in-house repair process with average turnaround times of 1-3 days on most standard repairs. Expectations are to start out with 3-5 cars prior to role being offered. Position Responsibilities You will be working on: Regular cars and SUVs Suspension and steering systems Brake systems Cooling systems Tune-ups and maintenance Electrical troubleshooting Engine diagnostics Minor to moderate mechanical repairs Preventative maintenance Vehicle inspections and repair recommendations Main vehicle brands include: Nissan Toyota Honda Hyundai Chevrolet Kia Jeep What We Need Most We need someone who: Properly diagnoses vehicles before replacing parts Understands how to troubleshoot efficiently Can communicate repair findings clearly Shows up consistently and on time Works with urgency and accountability Understands that vehicle downtime costs money Takes pride in solving problems correctly the first time Requirements Strong diagnostic ability Experience working on regular passenger vehicles and SUVs Experience with scan tools and diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently Reliable transportation Strong time management Own tools preferred Ability to complete repairs within reasonable turnaround times Motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Preferred Experience Electrical diagnostics Drivability issues Engine repair/replacement Transmission replacement Suspension work Cooling system repair Fleet maintenance experience Rental fleet or rideshare vehicle experience Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 1-hour lunch break Optional weekend work available Pay Pay based on experience, efficiency, and diagnostic ability Weekly cash pay available Flexible compensation structure available for highly experienced technicians

$600 - $1,500+ per week Higher skill level, faster turnaround time, and accurate diagnostics will result in higher earning potential. Full-time steady work available with consistent vehicle flow.
