Production Supervisor

The position of supervisor is a challenging position in a fast paced, repairing carts for customer. The position requires excellent communication skills, computer skills, strong leadership ability, and the ability to motivate and direct a diverse workforce. The supervisor will be responsible for employees that are engaged repairing and shipping of carts. The supervisor is responsible for achieving objectives, budgets, Standard Work Practices, production standards, scheduling of personnel, quality, shipping and receiving, daily inventory management, safety, and housekeeping requirements. The position requires the supervisor to occasionally fill in for limited periods of time to assist with production. The supervisor must be available to work shifts with starting times around the clock including weekends and holidays. Essential Job Functions Direct report to the regional manager.
