What You'll Do:

Engage with customers

• Greet them warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. Explain recommended repairs and services
• Clearly communicate pricing, timelines, and service details to ensure transparency and customer trust. Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Efficiently manage service appointments, ensuring customers' needs are met in a timely manner. Collaborate with technicians
• Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time. Recommend additional services
• Suggest relevant services and promotions based on your customers' needs, adding value to their experience. Maintain accurate records
• Ensure all service documentation and customer information is properly recorded and updated. Follow up with customers
• Check in after service to ensure satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.

What We're Looking For:

A high school diploma or equivalent. Automotive experience in the service department. Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. An understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Understanding of Automotive DMS systems. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying organized. Proficiency with computer systems for scheduling and service documentation. A valid driver's license.
