Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Toast POS accurately and efficiently Create a Unique Coffee and Coffee Shakes Menu Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, with attention to detail Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards through proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation practices Assist in food preparation and serving of light snacks or baked goods to enhance the guest experience Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth café operations Requirements Proven barista experience with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and basic math for transactions and retail math calculations Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly around the café, and lift moderate loads when needed Previous experience in the food industry or retail math is highly desirable Join us as an Experienced Barista where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
