Experienced Carbide Grinding(1+yrs) Machinist

Experience Carbide Grinding Mill, Lathe, CNC and machining Experience in Programming of CNC At least 1yr Experience Required Use of Centerless, Surface, OD Manual, OD Trutech, Ram EDM, Wire EDM, Manual lathe, CNC lathe, CNC programming , Blanchard, Manual I.D, Manual Mill. Ability to adjust, and operate assigned production equipment, using both automated equipment and manual placement, while achieving goals for quality, efficiency and productivity Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods of time Manufacturing and shipping zero-defect products on-time Ability to perform quality control checks Strong mathematical skills Great communication skills Team environment and commitment to improvement and continuous learning Attention to detail Strong understanding of Technical drawings and tolerances Be able to use and understand measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers etc.) Organized, can keep a clean work area Good attendance record is required 90 day probation Monday thru Friday daylight work week Weekly pay 100% Paid Employee Health insurance Paid Holidays Experience based pay starting at $20 an hour
