Lowboy Driver (Experienced)

• Full-Time About the Role Alpine Earthworks is seeking an experienced Lowboy Driver for a full-time position.

This role is critical to keeping our operations running efficiently by safely transporting equipment and supporting field crews. We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety. Key Responsibilities Equipment Transport Safely load, secure, and transport heavy equipment to and from job sites Ensure all loads are properly balanced and secured in compliance with DOT regulations Pre-Trip & Safety Inspections Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete all required inspection reports before leaving the yard Safe & Efficient Driving Operate trucks in a safe, professional manner Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and jobsite requirements Maintenance & Care Keep truck and trailer clean and in good working condition Report any mechanical issues or damage immediately Daily Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate driver logs, hours, and job information Track loads, equipment moves, and submit all required paperwork daily Team Support Work closely with field crews and dispatch to ensure smooth operations Assist with additional tasks as needed to support project demands Expectations Safety First

• Take ownership of your work and equipment Qualifications Experience operating a lowboy / equipment trailer required Strong understanding of load securement and heavy equipment transport Valid CDL (with appropriate endorsements) Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Working Conditions Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain) Frequent climbing on and off equipment and trailers Long periods of sitting, with occasional lifting, bending, and securing loads
