Lead Carpenter / Skilled Construction Technician (Residential Remodeling) Job Summary We are hiring a skilled construction professional with hands-on experience in residential remodeling and general construction. This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate can work across multiple trades, stay productive without constant direction, and take pride in delivering clean, professional results. We are building a team that values efficiency, craftsmanship, and accountability. Responsibilities Perform framing, trim carpentry, flooring, and general remodel work Install doors, cabinetry, and interior finishes to a high standard Read and work from plans, layouts, and field direction Maintain job site organization and workflow Identify issues early and communicate solutions Work with and help direct a small crew to keep projects moving efficiently Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience (required) Experience in core construction trades (framing, finish work, flooring, and foundations) Ability to work independently without constant supervision Basic understanding of plans, layout, and job flow Reliable, consistent, and productive on the job Must have tools and know how to use them What This Position Is Not Not a general labor or helper role Not for individuals with no construction experience Not a slow-paced or low-expectation environment Pay & Opportunity $23-and UP per hour based on experience, production, and independence Consistent work across residential projects Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as the company expands To Apply Please include a brief summary of your experience and the types of work you've performed.
