Experienced Exterior Installer (Roofing, Siding, Soffit & Fascia)

Duties Install and repair roofing systems, siding, soffit, and fascia using hand tools and power tools to meet project specifications. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate efficient workflow on construction sites. Utilize fabrication techniques for custom trim carpentry, stucco application, or metal stud framing as needed. Conduct site assessments to ensure proper measurements, material placement, and adherence to safety standards. Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged exterior elements while maintaining structural integrity. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless workflow, timely completion of tasks, and compliance with building codes. Skills Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery used in exterior installation projects. Strong background in roofing, siding installation, trim carpentry, masonry, stucco work, and tile laying. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Familiarity with plumbing systems, metal stud framing, concrete forming, fabrication techniques, and restoration processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Handyman experience with diverse skills such as caulking, remodeling, welding, masonry work or framing carpentry is highly valued.
