Job:

Randall's Restaurant is looking for an experienced fine-dining Bartender/Mixologist to join our high-volume bar.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and create exceptional beverages for bar and restaurant guests. Interact with customers, take orders, and serve all menu courses. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Stay guest-focused and nurture an outstanding guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Ability and desire to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have the ability to work well under pressure with servers, bussers, and other staff. Must have excellent knowledge of wine and liquor service, display creativity with cocktails, and enjoy interacting with guests. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced fine dining environment is required for consideration. The position is part-time nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

Must have fine dining experience, provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to carry heavy trays of food and serve our bar guests in a timely manner. A positive attitude and ability to move quickly under pressure with FOH and BOH staff. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised. Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. Ability to stand for 5+ hours and lift heavy trays of food.

Work Setting:

Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4:00 pm till close). Easy drive from anywhere in the Lehigh Valley Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours.
