Experienced Garage Door Service Technician — $100K+ Earning Potential

AG Smart Garage | Deerfield, IL (North Shore / Chicagoland) This is NOT an entry-level position. If you're not already diagnosing problems, presenting options, closing jobs in the home, and completing the work yourself — this isn't the right fit. We're looking for someone who's already doing this and wants a better company to do it with.

WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS

This is a premium in-home service and sales role with technical execution. Every day, you will: Walk into homes where the customer already called us (not door-to-door) Diagnose the problem Present repair vs. replace options with confidence Close the job on the spot Complete the work yourself to a high standard Our customers are affluent homeowners who care about quality, aesthetics, and trust. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 1 year of garage door service experience (springs, openers, installs, full systems) Comfortable selling in the home — presenting options, handling objections, closing Can run a service call independently from start to finish Takes pride in clean, professional work Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass background check and drug test
