Experienced Handyman Technician

The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and experienced across multiple trades — someone we can confidently plug in right away to support our residential and commercial clients. Start Date:

Immediate — please be responsive and available during the hiring process. What You'll Do Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks for both residential and commercial properties Install, assemble, or repair fixtures, hardware, and furniture Paint interior/exterior surfaces Perform carpentry and general construction tasks as needed Climb ladders and access elevated areas for inspection and repair Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Flex between different tasks depending on workload and project priorities Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM

• 5:00 PM We respect your time and promote a healthy work/life balance What You Need Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction work (required) Strong multi-trade skills (carpentry, drywall, painting, basic electrical/plumbing) Basic hand tools and ability to safely operate power tools (required) Reliable communication — must have a working phone and respond promptly to scheduling or job-related messages Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Professional attitude, integrity, and pride in your work Willingness to pass a background check or drug screening Bonus Skills Advanced carpentry, plumbing, or electrical expertise Familiarity with local building codes and safety practices Attention to detail and strong craftsmanship Who We Are We're a close-knit, values-based team that believes in honesty, craftsmanship, and treating people with respect.
