About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled full-time Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in both residential and commercial painting environments. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean lines, proper preparation, efficient production, and maintaining a professional appearance on job sites. Start Date Immediate — applicants should be responsive and available throughout the hiring process. Compensation We offer competitive compensation based on experience, skill level, and production. In addition to hourly compensation, we offer production-based pay opportunities for painters who consistently perform high-quality work efficiently and independently. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial projects Prepare surfaces, including sanding, patching, masking, scraping, and priming Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Protect surrounding surfaces, furnishings, and finishes during painting operations Perform minor drywall repairs and surface preparation as needed Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and painting equipment Communicate clearly with team members and project managers regarding progress and job conditions Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We value work/life balance and strive to maintain a respectful, positive work environment. QualificationsRequired Proven painting experience in residential and/or commercial settings Strong understanding of painting preparation and finishing techniques Ability to produce clean, high-quality work efficiently Basic hand tools and ability to safely operate painting equipment Reliable communication and responsiveness during scheduling and active projects Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional attitude, integrity, and attention to detail Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screening Preferred / Bonus Skills Experience with spray applications and fine-finish work Drywall repair and texture matching experience Familiarity with coatings, primers, and specialty finishes Strong production skills and efficiency without sacrificing quality What We Provide Company vehicle and uniforms All major materials and project-specific equipment Consistent year-round work On-the-job support and advancement opportunities Respectful, team-oriented company culture Benefits 401(k) with 3% company match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off 2 weeks PTO after 6 months Work Location Based in Belgrade, MT Applicants must be able to commute to or relocate near the Bozeman/Belgrade area To Apply Please submit your resume along with a short note explaining why you would be a good fit for this position.
