About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled full-time Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in both residential and commercial painting environments. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean lines, proper preparation, efficient production, and maintaining a professional appearance on job sites. Start Date Immediate — applicants should be responsive and available throughout the hiring process. Compensation We offer competitive compensation based on experience, skill level, and production. In addition to hourly compensation, we offer production-based pay opportunities for painters who consistently perform high-quality work efficiently and independently. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial projects Prepare surfaces, including sanding, patching, masking, scraping, and priming Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Protect surrounding surfaces, furnishings, and finishes during painting operations Perform minor drywall repairs and surface preparation as needed Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and painting equipment Communicate clearly with team members and project managers regarding progress and job conditions Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We value work/life balance and strive to maintain a respectful, positive work environment.
