Millwork Bench Carpenter / CNC Operator

MKCO is an established and quickly growing Cabinetry and Custom Woodwork company in the Denver metro area. We provide custom cabinetry, millwork and custom woodwork projects for residential and commercial projects throughout the Denver Front Range and beyond. We work on residential new construction and remodels as well as large commercial projects. We are looking to fill several positions in the shop with qualified and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities:

Perform skilled carpentry work in the shop Setup and operate machines like shapers, sanders, saws, planers, etc. Properly maintaining shop equipment, machines and tools Read, interpret and understand shop drawings, concept drawings, presentation drawings and cut lists Working with many varieties of sheet goods, plywood, laminates, solid wood and occasionally plastic and metal Working efficiently and safely to perform quality work in a timely manner Professional conduct

Requirements:

CNC experience preferred Be a driven self-starter with ability to learn Ability to work well alone or as part of a team 3-5 years minimum proven experience in a Millwork shop environment Proficient in the use of all hand tools, machinery and equipment used to create quality products Detail oriented and able to catch potential problems early, before they become problems Problem solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot projects Willingness to adapt to our methods and best practices Positive attitude Top pay for top talent! Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
