WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO

Run an inspiring, well-kept classroom that encourages creativity, exploration and decision-making by the children Provide supervision and daily functions for the class following the Kiddie Academy policies and state guidelines Partner well with co-teacher in implementing our Life Essentials curriculum Help children with their nutrition and hygiene needs Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis Conduct parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE

Atleast 1 year experience as an infant teacher managing a class of up to 12 infants with a co-teacher Ability to handle the rigor of the infant room with safety as the highest priority Passion for inspiring and caring for children Pleasant/friendly demeanor and great communicator with parents Very reliable attendance Physical ability to work with children at eye level and/or lift them (upto 40lbs) as necessary Well organized and planned for running classroom with a co-teacher Must meet Idaho State requirements (Background check) Degree/Certification in Early Childhood Education, related field or equivalent experience.
