Experienced Journeyman/Electrician (5+ Years Current Work Experience Required)

We are seeking an Experienced Residential Electrician with 5+ years of hands-on residential experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently in occupied homes and on new-construction projects. Responsibilities Perform residential electrical work, including rough-ins, trim-out, and service calls Install, maintain, and repair wiring, outlets, lighting, panels, and other electrical components Interpret blueprints, drawings, and NEC requirements to complete work to code Select and use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for each job Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide clear solutions to homeowners and supervisors Follow all company, OSHA, and NEC safety standards on every job site Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors Requirements 5+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman-level skills preferred) Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Proficiency with all phases of residential electrical work, including roughs, finishes, service upgrades, and troubleshooting Must possess a valid driver's license with a reliable driving record Must own and maintain basic hand tools required for residential electrical work Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed and work from ladders and in confined spaces Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality workmanship
