Full-time | Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM + 2 Saturdays/month (9AM-2PM) What You'll Do Handle warm inbound calls from customers already interested in vehicle protection Follow a proven call structure to build interest and trust Qualify and engage prospects , then smoothly transfer them to experienced closers Keep customers engaged and on the line to maximize conversion opportunities Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Why This Role is Different This is not a cold-calling job.
