Enforce Standards. Build Structure. Nationwide Automotive Services is looking for a strong, no-nonsense Human Resources leader who can take full ownership of our HR operations and bring order, accountability, and structure to a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is not a passive HR role. We need someone who can lead from the front, enforce rules, and hold people accountable — while keeping the organization running efficiently and professionally.

Schedule:
Full-time Your Mission Take control of all HR operations Eliminate internal confusion and enforce clear structure across departments Hold employees and management accountable to company standards Act as the final authority on HR-related issues Core Responsibilities Discipline & Enforcement (Top Priority) Own all employee write-ups and disciplinary actions Conduct write-ups with management and employee present Maintain strict documentation, logging, and filing of all incidents Ensure zero inconsistency in how rules are enforced Step in immediately when standards are not being followed Employee Relations & Control Handle workplace issues directly — no avoidance, no delays Resolve conflicts and maintain a professional, controlled environment Set the tone for behavior, expectations, and accountability across the company Onboarding & System Control Run a structured, no-gaps onboarding process Register employees with the State of New Jersey Set up all credentials, systems, and access points Ensure every employee is fully prepared and compliant from day one Payroll & Administrative Oversight Manage and log payroll weekly with accuracy and consistency Maintain all employee records, documentation, and HR systems Handle all incoming HR mail , including unemployment claims and notices Compliance & Legal Authority Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws and regulations Maintain and enforce company policies without exception Keep all documentation audit-ready and legally sound Organizational Leadership Identify breakdowns in communication and fix them immediately Act as the bridge between departments and leadership Build a more disciplined, structured, and efficient workplace Who You Are A strong personality who is comfortable taking control Direct, decisive, and not afraid to enforce rules Highly organized with zero tolerance for disorder Experienced in handling disciplinary actions and employee management Knowledgeable in HR compliance, labor laws, and documentation Able to command respect while maintaining professionalism Why This Role Matters You will play a critical role in: Creating structure where there is chaos Enforcing standards that drive performance Helping leadership scale the company the right way Bottom Line If you're the type of person who: Steps in instead of stepping back Fixes problems instead of documenting them Holds people accountable without hesitation Then this role is for you.
