• Part-time, Full-time Evergreen Landscaping LLC is a growing, local, owner-operated landscaping company in its second year.

We are seeking both part-time and full-time employees to work alongside the owner, as well as individually and with the team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled landscaper who wants to play a key role in the growth of a local business!

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality landscape maintenance and property cleanups. Work on hardscaping projects (patios, retaining/rock walls, pathways, etc.). Install garden beds, mulch, and yard transformations. Operate standard equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a professional demeanor on job sites.

Experience:

Landscaping & hardscaping experience preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Plant knowledge and hardscaping experience are a major plus. Experience working on job sites alone is also helpful.

Work Style:

Ability to take direction and work under minimal supervision.

Mindset:

Strong willingness to learn new techniques and a high attention to detail.

License:

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Physical:

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs (rocks, pavers, flagstone, mulch, gravel, etc.) and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
