Experienced Mover/Packer

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Contents Technician, where your expertise will play a vital role in restoring and preserving property contents affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages. Duties Perform detailed cleaning and restoration of personal property and contents damaged by water, fire, mold, or other incidents using specialized techniques and equipment Utilize hand tools and power tools to disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble contents as needed Support fire and water damage restoration efforts by packing out contents, documenting damages, and ensuring proper handling throughout the process Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including detailed documentation of contents before and after restoration Follow safety guidelines related to construction, asbestos abatement, and use of restoration industry best practices Requirements Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred but not necessary Knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation procedures are preferred but not necessary Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for documentation purposes Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks in various environments Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients during restoration projects Valid driver's license preferred; willingness to learn industry-specific safety protocols and certifications Join us in making a difference by helping clients recover their cherished belongings!
