Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing drywall, replacing flooring, and painting.
Purpose:
To ensure the facilities are well-maintained and safe for residents and staff. Ensure walkways are free of clutter and debris. Ensure furnace filters are changed, dryer vents are cleaned out. Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues such as outlets not working and circuit breaker tripping.
Purpose:
To maintain a functional electrical system throughout the facilities. Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in general maintenance and repair work. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
