Experienced Pet Stylist (Mobile Pet Grooming)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Pet Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Stylist, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets, while delivering high-quality styling services to breed specifications. Your role will involve interacting with pet owners, understanding their needs, and providing a comfortable experience for their furry companions. Responsibilities Perform grooming and styling services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and cats. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile grooming salon, including tools and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets' needs and any observations regarding their health or behavior. Handle animals with care, demonstrating strong animal handling skills to ensure a stress-free and safe experience for both the pets and yourself. Assist in managing appointments and scheduling grooming sessions efficiently. Stay updated on the latest grooming trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible. Collaborate with veterinary staff when necessary to address any health concerns observed during grooming. Requirements Proven experience working as a pet stylist and knowledge of breed-specific hair cuts.

NOTE :

your resume must show this experience. Strong skills in animal handling and restraint; knowledge of dog training techniques is a plus. Ability to lift heavy animals as needed; physical stamina is essential for this role. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. A passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing high-quality care for all pets. Certification in pet grooming or related qualifications is desirable but not mandatory.
