Experienced Residential Cleaner

About Us We clean homes inside and out. Interior and exterior home cleaning, including moss/algae treatment on roof/siding/decking, interior cleaning, window cleaning, and dryer exhaust pipe cleaning. Job Description We're looking for an experienced residential cleaner who takes pride in delivering detailed, high-quality results. This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who already knows how to clean efficiently, manage their time, and keep clients happy. You'll handle a mix of recurring cleanings, deep cleans, and sometime work with a team.

Responsibilities Clean residential properties:

kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and windows Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail Use professional cleaning products safely and effectively Communicate clearly with clients and team members Handle client property with care and confidentiality Report maintenance issues or unusual conditions during caretaking visits Qualifications 1+ years of professional residential cleaning experience required Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual Positive attitude and ability to work independently or with a small team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Experience with window cleaning, deep cleans, or vacation-home care is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$30/hour , depending on experience Steady year-round work with loyal clients Professional equipment and supplies provided Supportive, family-style team environment Growth opportunities into lead roles Flexible scheduling available Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional Saturday (if we can't avoid it) Full-time or part-time available How to Apply Please include a short message describing your experience, what type of homes you've cleaned, and what you enjoy most about this work.
