Solberg Company, Inc. operates Trig's grocery stores in the Northern Wisconsin communities of Rhinelander, Minocqua, Eagle River, and Tomahawk. Job Responsibilities Include:
-Provide excellent service to our guests by greeting them, asking if they need assistance, and providing guidance on products. Coaching and leading department associates to ensure guest service engagement is met, proper food safety is being followed, food preparation/stocking is performed to company standards, and proper company culture is being practiced at all times. Coordinate sales and promotion activities in line with company initiatives, timing, and standards which include preparing weekly merchandise displays, planning weekly schedules that support the department's needs and weekly activities. Coordinate proper guest service tactics at our service counters and on the sales floor, ensure product presentation is full, fresh, and signed appropriately, and assist with seasonal resets of the department. Ordering product and maintaining proper inventory levels, unloading product deliveries to ensure department is organized, and ensuring product is labeled property to minimize excess ordering and product waste. Ensure department cleanliness meets food safety requirements which includes sanitation standards, proper storage of product, handwashing and disposable glove use requirements. Monitor the practices of the associates to ensure consistency and alignment. Assist and coordinate inventory practices, reporting, and processes to review department performance and profitability. Attend weekly department meetings as required by the company. Review email messages, conduct reports, and collect notes to better prepare oneself and the team for weekly success.

Tone Zone Fitness Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
