Experienced Residential Maintenance Tech

Golden Key Home Services is hiring an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to perform residential repairs and property maintenance in rental homes throughout Metro Atlanta. This role requires a dependable individual who can work independently, complete repairs efficiently, communicate professionally with residents, and accurately document work using mobile applications. Key Responsibilities Complete multi-trade residential repair work Diagnose issues and perform effective repairs onsite Communicate professionally with residents and office staff Document repair conditions and completed work with photos and notes Use company systems and mobile apps for scheduling, updates, and communication Typical Work Includes Drywall repairs Door and window repairs/installations Trim and cabinet work Flooring and tile repairs Basic plumbing fixture replacements Basic electrical fixture replacements Fence and deck repairs Siding repairs General maintenance and turnover work Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential maintenance or repair experience Driver's License and capability to haul a trailer Personal tools required Strong communication skills Comfortable working independently Strong problem-solving ability Comfortable using mobile apps and technology Communication and Documentation Requirements This position involves working in occupied homes. Professional communication and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations are important. Technology Requirements A company phone will be provided during work hours.
