This role is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and driven by performance-based income. We are looking for a sales professional with roofing experience who wants freedom, strong earning potential, and the ability to control their schedule. This is a commission-based opportunity with weekly pay and significant income potential for the right person. What You'll Do As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new roofing opportunities, meeting with homeowners & property managers, inspecting properties, presenting solutions, and helping guide customers through the roofing process. This is a self-directed sales role. You will be expected to manage your own schedule, follow up consistently, and create opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.

Responsibilities include:

Commission Structure:

5•50/50 Our sales team is compensated through a 5•50/50 structure. This simply means 5% is taken off the top for overhead & office expenses, and then gross profit is split 50/50 between you & the company. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is experienced, driven, professional, and comfortable being paid based on performance.

Qualifications:
