Our menu celebrates authentic, scratch-made flavors crafted with care and creativity by a passionate culinary team. At 2020 Market, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. What You'll Do ✔ Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service execution. ✔ Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house staff while fostering a positive team culture. ✔ Support bar and beverage operations, including inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships. ✔ Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, organization, and hospitality. ✔ Help manage labor, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls to drive profitability. ✔ Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to improve systems, efficiency, and overall operations. ✔ Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and TABC regulations. ✔ Jump in wherever needed and lead by example during busy shifts and special events. What We're Looking For ✔ 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment. ✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. ✔ Knowledge of bar operations, craft cocktails, wine, and beverage service preferred. ✔ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. ✔ Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Experience with Toast POS and restaurant management systems preferred. ✔ A hands-on leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
