What You'll Do:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pool equipment including pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, salt systems, and plumbing components Perform pool openings, closings, equipment installations, and system upgrades Test, balance, and adjust pool water chemistry Identify and resolve service issues efficiently and professionally Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and equipment operation Complete service documentation accurate job records Work independently in the field while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service Assist in training or supporting junior technicians when needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in pool service, plumbing, electrical, mechanical repair, or a related technical field Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage service routes effectively Professional attitude and strong customer communication skills Knowledge of pool equipment, automation, heaters, and water chemistry preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physical ability to lift equipment and perform hands-on work Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, dependable, and motivated to take pride in quality work Why Join Family Pools? $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
